If an lsa interest times out it tries re-expressing the interest again till the deadline (which for now is set to own lsa refresh time). Meanwhile if Chronosync says that it has detected a new lsa, the interest sitting in timeout must stop re-expressing it (rather than expressing it continuously till deadline). arrives this attempt at retrieval should be canceled.
