[[nfd:Command Interests]] is deprecated in favor of [[SignedInterest]]. This Task is to delete deprecated types `ControlCommand::makeCommandInterest` and other functions including: * `ControlCommand::makeCommandInterest` * `CommandInterestGenerator` * `CommandInterestValidator` should be renamed, and error messages should be updated.
