A command-line tool should be created to check the status of and interact with the currently running NLSR process. The tool should display: + [-h] Usage information + [-V] The NLSR version string + [-s] The contents of the LSDB The tool should allow a user to: + [advertise NAME] advertise a name prefix + [withdraw NAME] withdraw an advertised name prefix
