Recover fetching data after network down

Description

After network went down and up again, fetching from remote producers does not recover.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start fetching video from remote producer
  2. Go offline (unplug network cable or turn off WiFi)
  3. Go online again

Result:
Video is not playing back

Expected result:
Video playback would recover
