ndn-autoconfig: Need to register `/localhop/ndn-autoconf/hub` for multicast faces

Description
Before running stage 1 discovery, /localhop/ndn-autoconf/hub needs to be registered. After stage succeeds or fails, prefix should be unregistered.

How should we implement this registration? So far we don't have any indication that specific face is multicast.
Also, should we register the prefix for all multicast faces or only some of them? For now what I can do is to get list of faces and then select ones with "ether" protocol. Would this be sufficient or we should also register udp multicast faces? Or this should be at different auto-discovery stages?

The remaining question / problem is with strategy assumption. ndn-autoconfig assumes that /localhop/ndn-autoconf/hub is associated with broadcast strategy. Who should set this strategy?
In my mind strategy control is outside the scope of ndn-autoconfig and should be set somewhere else. But where and how exactly it suppose to happen?
