Move "example tests" from "tests" to "examples"

Description

Normally the "tests" directory has only unit and integration tests. But the "tests" directory also has example programs for the developer to use in applications. These should be moved to "examples". (Also in NDN-CPP, PyNDN and NDN-JS.)
