Description
From the nfd-dev mailing list: "Interest.Scope was was removed from the NDN specification some time ago and we never actually supported it inside NFD." Therefore, in all client libraries treat get/setScope the same as deprecated NDNx support (since it is legacy from NDNx). Remove it when we remove NDNx support.
