Description

In ndn-cxx sec-public-info, the semantics of the API for setDefaultIdentity, setDefaultKeyNameForIdentity and setDefaultCertificateNameForKey throws an exception if the identity, etc. do not exist. Need to update IdentityStorage in all CCL libraries to do the same. Also, in setDefaultKeyNameForIdentity, deprecate the identityNameCheck param which has been removed from ndn-cxx.
