Run atoms-catalog without mysql running:
libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type std::runtime_error: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (61 "Connection refused")
Abort trap: 6
Expected: catalog should exit gracefully and inform user.
