ndn protocol add-on: Rewrite deprecated XPCOM and XUL

Description

The NDN add-on uses XPCOM for TCP connections and XUL for the “NDN Toolbar” interface. But Mozilla is deprecating XPCOM and XUL some time in 2016. So need to updated the add-on to not use these.
