To validate ndns-related records, we need a certificate fetcher that does the NDNS iterative query to fetch NDNS related certificates(DSK, KSK and DKEY).
Also, we need a certificate-fetcher-ndns-appcert to fetch the NDNS-store certificate(records with type APPCERT). It should not only fetch the certificate, but also
validate the fetched cert.
