This task requires to write a sample client for the bluetooth beaconing design:
1/ Must be written in C# on android, can work with Unity;
2/ Should be built upon NDN-DOT-NET, and talks with NFD-android via Interest/Data exchanges;
3/ minimized required features:
A. can register prefix(es) to NFD-android;
B. can setup notification callbacks and register notification stream to NFD-andorid
