Description
The AUTHORS.md file in most projects is extremely out of date. During the NDN Platform Call on 2020-01-28, it was decided to simplify this file to simply list all authors and their websites/emails in alphabetical order, with specific notations for lead authors and advisors, removing the listed affiliations (due to the complexities introduced for those whole have held multiple affiliations, etc.). This will also include adding those who have contributed commits to these projects, but are not currently listed.
