Move data-sending code to another file

replace data-sending code with one that writes to files (one per stream), also probably name these according to the last data timestamp

have new python file read X lines from Y files, removing read lines

make sure that data generator reads the timestamps of previous ones and starts at the next one. It should append to, not overwrite the files
