Description
This will require changes to Segment Fetcher in ndn-cxx or nac-abe.
currently the first segment with its digest is added to manifest. we want to add the digest for all segments.

Need to review how repo insertion works as well.

Workaround: only add number of rows in a single data name such that it is always a single segment.
