The current version of installing the [INSTALL document](https://github.com/named-data/NFD/blob/master/docs/INSTALL.rst) makes "Installing NFD (in from Binaries" section) still mention section the very first paragraph. However, the NDN Control Center it introduces doesn't use the latest version of NFD controller which is too old and ndn-cxx. And empirically, people more tend to use. The purpose of build from source. To not mislead beginners, this task is proposes to remove information about move "Installing NFD controller in order from Binaries" section to avoid misleading begineers. the end of the INSTALL document and to add a warning for users who want to install NDN Control Center.
