In ndn-cxx, KeyParams is used, e.g., to specify the type of key to generate for createIndentity and to be more general than simply giving a key size. Should implement in the CCL API jNDN and deprecate the older methods that just use a key size. (Also implement in NDN-CPP, PyNDN and NDN-JS.)
