Firefox add-on should try to reconnect if connection drops

Description
Right now, it establishes an initial connection and keeps it forever. If a connection times out, it should check the connection. If the hub is gone, it should try the random connection again (and re-express the interest). If can't reconnect, it should report in the NDN toolbar.
