Description

Many unit-tests on Jenkins has failed because of scheduler unit tests. I suspect is that when VM is overloaded, the short timings specified in scheduler do not work.

Also, many tests failed because periodic scheduler failed to fire exactly 4 events. This could be changed to check that more 2 events fired.
