Description

Modify FibManager to reflect a change in FibMgmt protocol:

  • Delete fib/insert and fib/delete commands.
  • fib/add-nexthop inserts a FIB entry implicitly if one doesn't exist.
  • fib/remove-nexthop deletes a FIB entry implicitly if the last nexthop is removed.
