Description
Current security module will be replace by configuration-based validator. Before we start working on that, we should make the routing protocol work correctly with the assumption that security is enabled (ndn::ValidatorNull can be used as a placeholder which take all the packets as valid). The real validator will be added when the protocol part is done.
