Description

Router prefixes such as /ndn/edu/colostate/%C1.Router/mccoy should not inherit the faces of /ndn/edu/colostate prefixes. This should be the case for all router prefixes.

Another issue: As an example /ndn/NLSR/LSA/cn/edu/bupt/%C1.Router/bupthub is a self registered prefix but it also inheriting NLSR's broadcast prefix /ndn/NLSR/LSA 's faces. It is not desired. So NLSR should correct it also.
