I'm trying to follow http://ndncert.named-data.net/help. I have already got a certificate on Sep 3, so I skipped all steps and went straight to
ndnsec-install-cert "http://ndncert.named-data.net/cert/get/?name=%2FKEY%2Fndn%2Fguest%2Ffelix%2540rabe.io%2F..."
This results in ERROR: HTTP connection error. If I read https://github.com/named-data/ndn-cxx/blob/master/tools/ndnsec-cert-install.hpp right this means not even an HTTP request was made, but the connection failed before that. (curl on the same URL gives a 404 Not Found.)

This certificate does not exist in the system, as seen on http://ndncert.named-data.net/cert/list/html.
