Description
If ndns-add-rr-from-file is called with the data packet that corresponds to the existing record, it should either
- ignore update stating that the supplied RR set is duplicate (versions are equal)
- ignore update stating that the supplied RR set is outdated (version of the supplied Data is smaller)
- update record with the supplied RR set (if version of the supplied Data is larger)
