Description
Steps to reproduce:
nfdc register /localhop/nfd udp4://hobo.cs.arizona.edu- inspect RIB daemon log
Expected: this is a prefix registered by some hub: /localhop/nfd
Actual: no hub connected when registering /localhop/nfd
The Route prefix indicating HUB connection is ndn:/localhop/nfd according to remote prefix registration technical report, but it is declared as ndn:/localhop/nfd/rib in code.

Yes, I did it to avoid unexpected failure resulted by Bug #2312. I'll verify whether that bug is resolved for remote registration and then update the code.
