Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. construct a big file (1GB)
  2. inject the file into repo-ng using ndnputfile (> 1000000 content segments)
  3. kill the repo-ng
  4. restart repo-ng

expect: repo-ng runs normally
actual result: repo-ng reports "ERROR: error while connecting to the forwarder"
