Description

Currently, application errors are hidden from the user. For example, if an experiment uses nfdc to set a non-existent strategy, the nfdc error message will not be visible to the user.

Instead, application errors should be printed for the user.

This issue should be abandoned because a user can use "Node.cmdPrint" in their experiments if they wish to see the output of a command.
