Description
The data producer generates content and symmetric key to encrypt the content.
The producer also needs to subscribe primary group and resolve the correct primary group encryption key and uses the key to encrypt symmetric key.
The producer also needs a data publishing interface to publish encrypted data and encrypted symmetric key.
