Description

All IntegrationTests scenarios are broken due to ndn-cxx builds as shared library by default.

nfdc: error while loading shared libraries: libndn-cxx.so.0.3.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

install_ndncxx.py is missing sudo ldconfig line.
