Description

NdnCon v0.6.7, on OSX 10.11

Steps to reproduce:

install ndn-cxx from source code, with configure option --without-osx-keychain
install NFD from source code
start NFD using nfd-start, which automatically generates identity /localhost/operator with private key stored in file-based TPM
launch ndncon.app

Expected: new face shows up in nfd-status -f
Actual: no new face in nfd-status -f, Console reports "Exception while initializing user discovery: The requested public key [/localhost/operator/ksk-1444241925422] does not exist in the OSX Keychain"
