[NdnCon] crash after stop publishing

NdnCon v0.6.7, on OSX 10.11

Steps to reproduce:

  1. launch ndncon application
  2. on "Me" toolbar, check "Audio-only filter", uncheck "Video-only filter", click "Start publishing"
  3. after "streams" window appears, click "Start publishing" button again in main window to stop publishing

Actual: crash on a thread with ndn::Node::PendingInterest::callTimeout() call

Expected: no such crash
