NLSR

After certificates expired on the NDN testbed, new certificates were generated for each node that could be accessed. After the new certificates were generated and the nodes were restarted, three nodes (Memphis, WU and Michigan) that were updated continued to be unable to sync with the rest of the testbed. The Verisign node, which was unable to be updated, had these three nodes as its direct neighbors. When Verisign was removed as a neighbor from each of the three nodes' NLSR configuration files, they were each able to successfully sync with the rest of the testbed.
