Description

Currently if a node does not have an nfd-log-level parameter, Mini-NDN will use NONE as the default log level. This makes it difficult for users to set a global log level for all nodes as it requires them to modify the Mini-NDN code directly.

Instead, if a node does not have an nfd-log-level parameter, Mini-NDN should use the default_level value in /usr/local/etc/ndn/nfd.conf.
