Description
The jenkins scripts have not been updated in a while, but the ndn-cxx ones have. As a result, some things have become out of date. Currently, Mac OS 10.9 fails to compile for some build environment reason.
We should update the build scripts and incorporate the improvements in the ndn-cxx scripts.

It was thought that the builds were failing because Mac Os 10.9 had finally become too outdated, and the build environment was no longer compatible. This does not seem to be the case, as merging some of the changes made in the ndn-cxx build scripts had no effect on the pass/fail status of the builds.
Tentatively, we think that the builds fail when there are multiple builds running simultaneously on the Mac OS 10.9 executor. We think this because the build errors appear to be due to permissions errors of various kinds.
As such, this issue cannot currently be resolved as-is, and will require modification and further investigation.
