Description
Currently, there is no way to configure NetworkRegioTable for nodes in ndnSIM simulation. It seems a helper is needed. I have written a very simple helper in my forked github repo, just to add/remove regionNames into/from the table, and I'm ready to submit it for code reviewing purposes. I can add other functionalities if needed.
