Description
When ndn-autoconfig operates in daemon mode, upon NetworkMonitor emitting a signal, a dampening mechanism is in place to delay re-running the HubDiscovery procedure by 5 seconds.
However, in case NetworkMonitor is emitting signals continually with an interval of less than 5 seconds, the procedure may be delayed indefinitely, causing starvation.
