General broadcast support

Description

Currently, NLSR does not support broadcast links, such as wireless connections, or broadcast ethernet connections. To support more networking scenarios, it should support broadcast links.

In the context of broadcast links, there are several things to consider for NLSR:

  1. Is the definition of "neighbor" still "can be reached directly through one of our links"?
  2. How can you ensure that the Hello protocol will still reach every neighbor accessible?
  3. How do you identify and name the broadcast link within NLSR, e.g. for advertising LSAs?

A potential design has been given by Lan in the attached slides "NLSR_design_021214,pptx", but these are attached for reference. They may need to be re-visited or updated to account for current ideas.
