ndncatchunks: AIMD pipeline does not respect --retries=-1

Description

Setting the number of retries to -1 is supposed to mean "no limit", i.e. an infinite number of retries. This works for the fixed pipeline but not for the AIMD pipeline.

Sounds like a great practice task for beginners (i.e. it's simple and not very urgent).
