Description

Default should be 60 seconds, same as hello interest. This will slow down the convergence but stop a constant broadcast of messages every 500 ms (+jitter).

Okay, seems like sync interest lifetime cannot be set from chronosync::Socket. Need to make changes to ChronoSync.
