When limited to responding to n Interests, ndn-traffic-server is only responding to the first n-1, with the last Data packet appearing to be lost.

This may be related to the recent dispatch/post change, as it is possible the face is shutting down before it can fully process and send the Data. Therefore, the first solution to test would be to wait after the last Data is "put" on the face before shutting down (after a timeout of say 500ms).
