Description
Add function for when other nodes have larger sequence number for your own application prefix.
NLSR stores sequences in a file and then start from there. But in case the file is corrupt we may start from older sequence than others have for us.
In that case PSync can inform NLSR that others have higher sequence on us. NLSR can then adjust its sequence number.
