For this, PartialProducer's hello response should also contain sequence numbers (not just names) and Consumer needs to inform the application (FullProducer replacement in this case) of the names and the sequence numbers.

Consumer uses different protocol in that it sends producer's old IBF and not the current one from the local PartialProducer.
