Environment: Ubuntu 16.04

README.md gives these prerequisites installation commands for Ubuntu:

sudo apt-get install python-sphinx python-setuptools
sudo easy_install sphinxcontrib-fulltoc
sudo easy_install sphinxcontrib-bibtex

The third command fails with:

Running Sphinx-2.0.0b1/setup.py -q bdist_egg --dist-dir /tmp/easy_install-3vNUGZ/Sphinx-2.0.0b1/egg-dist-tmp-QR1XLK
ERROR: Sphinx requires at least Python 3.5 to run.
error: Setup script exited with 1
