Description

Very soon we'll begin phasing out support for Ubuntu 16.04. The 3 armhf build nodes used by Jenkins are still running Ubuntu 16.04. They should be upgraded to 18.04 (or reinstalled from scratch) as soon as possible.

There is also the question of whether we want to add AArch64 (aka arm64) agents, but that's a separate topic.

Things seem stable after Eric added a 2GB swap file to each build machine. ndn-cxx, ndn-tools, NFD all build fine. NFD takes a while to build (3.5 hours) but there's not much more we can do with the current hardware, unless we decide to switch everything to clang as the preferred compiler on armhf.
