Define the This task includes (and can be split) into several parts: 

 * AutoconfManager (similar to StatusManager) that will respond to autoconfig protocol / procedure requests 

     * ``/local/ndn/udp``    to discover and connect request information about host (and optionally port number) of the "local" NDN hub. 
     * ``/local/ndn/prefix``    to NDN router. request local "routable" prefix 

 Protocol: [[HubDiscovery]] * Client-side app that performs auto-discovery procedure as defined in [[NDN hub discovery procedure]]
