Modify `ndncatchunks3` and `ndnputchunks3` programs to print a notice to stderr:
ndncatchunks3 is deprecated. Use ndncatchunks program from ndn-tools repository.
ndnputchunks3 is deprecated. Use ndnputchunks program from ndn-tools repository.
Apart from this notice, all features of these programs should be preserved.
On the manpage of these tools, add the same notice, and provide a link to ndn-tools repository.
