In `FaceSystem` and `ProtocolFactory` subclasses, use `NetworkMonitor::listNetworkInterfaces()` `NetworkMonitor` instead of `listNetworkInterfaces()`. This issue also involves changing `NetworkInterfacePredicate` to accept `ndn::util::NetworkInterface`.
