Currently sync prefix is /localhop/NLSR/sync Earlier it was /\<network\>/NLSR/sync /<network>/NLSR/sync and got changed with https://redmine.named-data.net/issues/3627 It should be /localhop/\<network\>/NLSR/sync /localhop/<network>/NLSR/sync since an NLSR instance should retrieve updates within its own network.
