You can install ndn-tools is available on [Ubuntu ppa](https://launchpad.net/~named-data/+archive/ubuntu/ppa), via the Ubuntu ppa (https://launchpad.net/~named-data/+archive/ubuntu/ppa), but neither ndncatchunks nor both catchunks and putchunks is included in the package. This issue is are missing: https://github.com/named-data/ppa-packaging/tree/master/ndn-tools/debian Anyone know how to create a `ndn-chunks` package for these two programs. fix this?
