NFD android service needs nfd, nrd need to run in the background, detached from the control application. This should be started and be re-started when NDN-enabled applications wants to express interests or publish data. implemented as part of Android Service. This task is to create such When this service and define framework how applications (or application library) should request service started/stopped is design question that needs to be started. resolved as part of this task.
